The service

Statriva Data Analytics provides independent statistical consulting and data analysis: study design and sample size, statistical analysis in R, SPSS and Python, ecological and biodiversity analysis, meta-analysis, figures, graphical abstracts, and Excel data cleanup and automation with Power Query and VBA. We are not affiliated with any university, journal or academic institution.

Quote and scope

Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed price agreed before work begins. Nothing is charged before you approve the quote. Prices depend on the design, the size and condition of the dataset, the methods required and the deadline; there is no hourly billing that grows over time.

Work outside the agreed scope, such as a new research question, a new dataset or a change of design after the analysis is done, is quoted separately.

Your responsibilities

• Providing accurate data and a clear description of how it was collected.
• Holding the necessary ethics approval, consent and rights over the data you send.
• Reviewing the delivery and checking that the interpretation fits your field and your literature.
• Complying with your institution's rules on outside assistance.

Delivery and revisions

Deliveries include the results, the figures and tables, a plain-language written explanation, and the commented script or syntax that produced them. Delivery dates are given with the quote and depend on receiving the complete dataset.

Every project includes revisions of the agreed analysis at no extra cost during the support window stated in the quote, including adjustments requested by your advisor or by reviewers, as long as the research question and the dataset do not change.

Payment

Projects contracted through Fiverr follow that platform's payment and protection rules. Projects arranged directly can be paid by Pix or by credit card in up to 12 installments, as agreed in the quote.

Refunds

If work has not started, the payment is refunded in full. If the delivered analysis does not match the agreed scope and cannot be corrected through revision, the corresponding amount is refunded. Refunds do not cover a result you did not like: a correctly executed analysis that returns a non-significant or unexpected finding is a valid result, and we will not alter data or output to produce a desired conclusion.

Academic integrity

We run and explain analyses. We do not write theses, dissertations or discussion sections, do not submit work on a client's behalf, do not sit exams or defenses, and do not fabricate, alter or selectively remove data. Requests of that kind are declined.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, with the courts of Fortaleza, Ceará, as the forum, without prejudice to consumer rights that apply in the client's own country. Questions: statriva@gmail.com.
