Confidentiality and NDA

The standing commitment

• Everything you send, including the research question itself, is treated as confidential from the first message onward.
• Your data, results, figures and text are never reused in another project, never shown as a portfolio example, and never referenced publicly.
• We do not disclose that you are a client. Your institution, your advisor and your co-authors will not hear about the project from us.
• Every example figure published on this site is synthetic, generated by Statriva purely for demonstration. No client output has ever been published on this website, and none ever will be.

Authorship and academic integrity

The analysis is a technical service. The research remains yours: you designed the study, you defend it and you write the discussion. We do not write theses or dissertations, do not submit work on a client's behalf and do not accept requests to appear as the author of academic work.

If your institution requires you to disclose statistical assistance, we will provide, on request, a short written statement describing exactly what was done, so that you can declare it in your acknowledgements or methods section.

Requesting a signed NDA

Write to statriva@gmail.com with the subject "NDA" before sending any file. We will return a signed mutual non-disclosure agreement within one business day, at no cost. If your institution, sponsor or ethics committee has its own template, send it and we will review and sign that instead.

Working with sensitive or clinical data

For data involving human subjects, patients or protected populations, we ask for confirmation that the study holds ethics committee approval or the applicable consent, and we prefer to receive the dataset already de-identified. Where a re-identification key exists, it stays with you and is never sent to us.

After delivery

The confidentiality commitment does not expire with the project. It continues indefinitely, including after your work is published. Deletion of the files themselves follows the schedule in the privacy and data handling policy.
